Beautiful Wooden Smartwatches Fuse Natural And Futuristic Design
Wristwatch fanciness is one of the ways for urbanites to compete in social settings. So why not do it with a wooden watch? Coming from Tokyo Flash, the Kisai Link Wood line of watches features wooden exteriors and quirky options of showing time. Blade Wood Link, the newest one, has LED hidden underneath a dark sandalwood exterior and can show time in two ways.
Tokyo Flash team prides themselves on a design over function approach. “An exotic car is by no means practical but most people would love to have one,” they write on their website. “A painting that just strikes you in a certain way or a piece of jewelry – these all pretty much serve no function, well maybe the car does, but you could have bought a practical one.” However, the watches all come with Kisai Link wristband, which can be tuned to your phone to give an alert when you receive a call, an email or anything else. Neat!
