You’ve probably already seen a ton of ‘pretty good’ wedding photos, but those have no place in the Fearless Awards, where only the very best photographers compete with their boundaries-pushing wedding shots.

Every 2 months a group of experts pick less than 3% of submissions to highlight the innovators and outside-the-box thinkers in this otherwise pretty stale category. But these shots are anything but boring, because they capturing the truly memorable moments from those big days.

From pets introducing some new traditions to the ceremonies to the inner worlds of parents made visible by photographers who turned the camera away from the newlyweds.
