Photography Altered Slightly – By: Nicholas Sarro
I’ve always played around with Photoshop since I was young… 15 years or so. Most of the time I had no idea what I was doing, but over the years I had taught myself some cool things! Then I got into photography and have been playing around with it more and more.
I most recently started mixing my photography with photoshop to create some interesting photos.
I believe my creations come from what I want to see in my head and not what’s exactly in front of the camera.

Smiling Duck on The Snowy Ground In Maine.
I was working at a jewelry shop one day that was right on a river and this duck showed up. I snapped a quick photo, added some snow, added a smile and removed the mud on it’s feet.
American Flag Flying High In Hartford, CT
While visiting Hartford, CT I snapped this photo. There was no wind and the flag dropped. I added a new flag that waved perfectly as if it were a windy day.
Statue Of Liberty In A Cityless Landscape
Although NYC is a great city I sat and imagined if it were back just a beautiful forest or a small town.
A Slight Move Of Architecture
The manhattan bridge is incredible up close! Bringing the buildings closer made everything looked symmetrical.
What If The Moon Set On Opposite Sides?
I took this photo of the moon and the food truck separately on the same day in the same spot, but moved the camera 180º. I merged the together because I thought the moon rising over New Haven, CT would look great.
Alice In Wonderland
This rabbit was in my backyard. As I was laying there trying to capture the perfect photo I started thinking of Alice in Wonderland. I ended up creating this a few hours later.
