35 Of The Cutest Pets That Were Born Different

Published 3 hours ago

Did you know that there are over 2.1 million recognised animal species in the world? As humans, our penchant for domesticating animals has led to quite a fair few of these animals becoming common household pets. There’s a stereotypical blueprint they follow in terms of how they look whether it’s cats, dogs, tortoises, birds, guinea pigs, snakes or any other type of animal.

However, some animals are just born a little different. These unusual pets look like they may been genetically modified with a rare trait but it doesn’t take away from the absolute adorableness of the animal regardless, as you can see for yourself in the gallery below.

She was a rescue and we weren’t sure she was going to make it with the all of the issues she had. She is the best cat I’ve ever had, super tolerant, cuddly, a little wild, good with kids, maybe a little noisy. She also has the longest frickin tail I’ve ever seen on a cat to the point I feel like it’s abnormal. Anyone else have a cat with a tail like this?

Shanilou Perera

Shanilou has always loved reading and learning about the world we live in. While she enjoys fictional books and stories just as much, since childhood she was especially fascinated by encyclopaedias and strangely enough, self-help books. As a kid, she spent most of her time consuming as much knowledge as she could get her hands on and could always be found at the library. Now, she still enjoys finding out about all the amazing things that surround us in our day-to-day lives and is blessed to be able to write about them to share with the whole world as a profession.

Got wisdom to pour?
