M2 lamp – A simple lamp which hides a secret inside

Iron&Wood is a small design studio based in the Spanish Mediterranean sea shore. We are focused on lamp design and manufacturing. For us it is essential that the user’s experience with our products is practical and not just something appreciated by its aesthetic qualities. We love to design changing parts adaptable depending on the mood and the moment. After showing our product TWISTCUBE in HABITAT VALENCIA ’16 we have developed a new lamp that performs as both a wall and table lamp.

M2 is the new lamp designed by Pablo Durá for Iron and Wood. Arrive to the simplicity is our goal in our vision of the design. M2 tries to achieve this goal. A simple lamp which hides a secret inside. Adaptable to any position because of the angular platten in its sides this lamp can be used as bookend or combine multiple lamps in the same platen to build new forms for your spaces. Anyway, M2 is thought for the user. Also the nylon-coated cable in different colours, makes this lamp customizable for any user.
