Expectations VS Reality Of Shopping For Clothes (8 Pics)
Weng Chen, the artist behind The Adventures of Messy Cow, has decided to portray one very annoying struggle that most of us have to deal with every single day, and it’s that our bodies lie to us.
“If you ever cared about losing weight, you must have heard this phrase: Don’t go shopping when you are hungry,” Chen wrote. “But I need to tell you another important thing: don’t buy clothes when you are hungry.” According to Wend, when you’re hungry your body gives you the illusion that you have lost weight and the feeling of being thin automatically urges you to buy new clothes.
“When browsing online, the emptier your stomach is, the more you relate to the models, the problem is that the empty belly you put down your orders with, gets full when you receive them.”
