IKEA Collaborates With Small Home Builders To Create A Beautiful And Practical Tiny Home Interior

Published 4 years ago

If you live in a big city, sometimes there’s nothing you’d love more than to escape to a cozy retreat somewhere out of town, even if it’s just for a day or two. Well, your prayers might have just been answered. Recently, IKEA teamed up with small home and RV builders Vox Creative, Curbed, and Escape to create a tiny sustainable mobile home, and its interior might be the coziest you’ve seen yet.

In a recent interview with Bored Panda, Dan George Dobrowolski, the CEO of Escape, said that energy efficiency with a tiny carbon footprint, the use of sustainable material, and the ability to move and adapt the home to different environments is the core of all of the company’s designs.

One day, this guy just kind of figured - "I spend most of my time on the internet anyway, why not turn it into a profession?" - and he did! Now he not only gets to browse the latest cat videos and fresh memes every day but also shares them with people all over the world, making sure they stay up to date with everything that's trending on the web. Some things that always pique his interest are old technologies, literature and all sorts of odd vintage goodness. So if you find something that's too bizarre not to share, make sure to hit him up!

Got wisdom to pour?
