How can you say no to those delicious french fries or that peanut butter sandwich..? Well, seeing how many calories they contain could certainly help. That’s the idea behind the Instagram channel Caloriebrands, where you’ll see flashy junk food logos replaced by the calorie count inside the product.

According to Caloriebrands, “this is how brands should look like to help you achieve your summer body goals.” Oh and so you don’t have to Google it yourself, the average limit for an adult is around 1940 calories per day for women and 2550 for men.
