10+ Clever Tattoos That Only Get Fully Revealed After You Extend Your Arms Or Legs

Published 6 years ago

Veks Van Hillik is French tattoo artist who describes his works as oneiric, surreal and influenced by many artists, like Gustave Doré, Ingres, Caravaggio, Dali and Breton as well as pop culture, video games, comics, and street art.

The tattoos this artist creates have a little magical touch to them – he uses the natural folds of people’s limbs to hide parts of the tattoos so their full beauty is only revealed upon stretching one’s arms or legs. Doing this is no easy task, and the artist often has to use the freehand technique (meaning no stencil) to achieve the illusion.

Check out the mesmerizing tattoos in the gallery below!

Aušrys Uptas

One day, this guy just kind of figured - "I spend most of my time on the internet anyway, why not turn it into a profession?" - and he did! Now he not only gets to browse the latest cat videos and fresh memes every day but also shares them with people all over the world, making sure they stay up to date with everything that's trending on the web. Some things that always pique his interest are old technologies, literature and all sorts of odd vintage goodness. So if you find something that's too bizarre not to share, make sure to hit him up!

Got wisdom to pour?
