Example of how to make modern furniture from driftwood!
The Designer Bernardo Urbina just created his second re-cycled wood collection, which is made out of Traviesa, the railway wood left by Spaniards when they colonized the Philippines over 100 years ago. He combine this material with black metal to carefully create a unique item with a rich history.
Bernardo, since he move to the Philippines 3 years ago, has been transforming debris and scrap wood into unique high-end furniture. Proving that there are still materials out there to create functional and unque art pieces. More of his work here: www.bernardourbina.com
