Disabled Student Transforms His Own Wheelchair Into Mad Max Cosplay

Published 9 years ago

Nobody is going to shout ‘mediocre’ when they see this badass Mad Max wheelchair cosplay by Ben Carpenter, an engineering student and cosplayer from Florida.

Carpenter was born with spinal muscular atrophy and thus he’s wheelchair bound. However, he used his mode of lomocomotion to imitate the early part of the new Mad Max movie where the titular Max is attached to a car as bloodbag-to-go for a warboy named Nux. There’s a chariot attached to the wheelchair that was manned by Amy, another cosplay enthusiast with fitting made up and clothing.
