Children’s Faces Projected On Factory Vapors To Protest Air Pollution In China
Air pollution is bad for your health. That’s why Xiao Zhu is protesting it by projecting images of children on the pollution rising from factory smokestacks. The tiny faces are snarled and crying, to better illustrate the harm that the rising smoke does to China. Around 500,000 die of respiratory illnesses, and reducing air pollution would make the number lower.
Xiao Zhu makes air filters for homes and cars. But, as they write on their website, a filter can’t scrub the air outside, nor can it deal with China’s environmental problems. That’s why we need more campaigns like these.
