CSS Puns Are The Highest Form Of Web Designer Humor

Published 10 years ago

NEEERDS! What will they do next?! How about making some programming language-based puns? Seijo George, a Melbourne-based web designer, created some clever puns and illustrations based on some he had seen created with the CSS language, which is used to make websites look pretty. The result is very neat: the minimalistic design and images make the tiny strings of code much easier and more fun to parse.

While some might say that these jokes are somewhat specialized in nature, I’d say that anyone with any computer and popculture knowledge can get most, if not all of them. I love to see old classics come alive in the age of the internet. “Yo mama” indeed.
