This Street Photographer Captures Perfectly Timed Scenes From Peoples’ Daily Lives (30 Pics)
Anthimos Ntagkas is a Greek street photographer and army man whose photos really highlight the importance of being at the right place at the right time. The photographer has a keen eye for capturing moments from peoples’ daily lives and his perfectly timed photos often reveal the unexpectedly hilarious side of things most of us tend to miss.
In an interview with Bored Panda, Anthimos said that the photographs he finds the most interesting are the ones that employ juxtaposition. “The connection between two different themes or even more inside one photo is very intriguing,” says the photographer.
When he first started taking photos, the photographer used to find a place in the streets that he liked and waited for people to come by – but his methods have since changed. “Nowadays, I don’t choose the place, but I make every location work for me,” says Anthimos. “I combine people with elements everywhere I stand.”
The photographer believes anyone can try their hand at street photography, especially since you don’t need any professional equipment or lessons. “Over time, one can improve and become an expert creating something unique while in other genres of photography, you can’t infuse your own style and personality as much,” said the man.
