What If A Corgi Starred In These Famous Movies Instead Of Their Actual Actors (13 Pics)

Published 6 years ago

Is there any dog cuter than a corgi? Probably not. These little short legged furballs are ridiculously photogenic – so much, in fact, that one man even decided to recreate a handful of famous movie posters with his pet corgi, Maxine.

That man’s name is Bryan Reisberg and he’s a filmmaker and creative director based in New York. In an interview with Bored Panda, he said he was inspired by his and his wife’s love for movies.

Maxine even has a movie-themed Instagram account in which every caption is a movie quote. “We thought photoshopping Maxine into movie posters would be a fun way to celebrate some of our favorite movies of the year,” said Bryan.

The filmmaker not only photoshopped Maxine into the posters but also came up with some creative names for them: A Quiet Place became “A Splashy Place”, The Nun became “The Corgi” and so on. When making the posters, Bryan and his wife picked out their favorite films and a few others they thought would make funny posters. He said he started the project in December and took about 2 months to finish them all.

One day, this guy just kind of figured - "I spend most of my time on the internet anyway, why not turn it into a profession?" - and he did! Now he not only gets to browse the latest cat videos and fresh memes every day but also shares them with people all over the world, making sure they stay up to date with everything that's trending on the web. Some things that always pique his interest are old technologies, literature and all sorts of odd vintage goodness. So if you find something that's too bizarre not to share, make sure to hit him up!

Got wisdom to pour?
