I agree it is a personal decision to have or not have children, but this article, although interesting only highlights the negative. I guess this article is to support the decision not to have kids, but if one is on the fence trying to decide on raising a family please look at the positives and of having a family. I love my kids at every stage of their lives and the positives definitely put weighed the negatives.
Sad article really. Not funny at all. It’s a responsibility to raise children well. It depends on your references. In Islam, a well raised child takes his/her parents to heaven. Every pain, every bite of food, every struggle for your family is rewarded. Nothing goes in vain. If you’re an atheist, and don’t believe in the afterlife and don’t know the purpose of your existence, it makes sense to not have them if you think it’s all about you.
