I’m ready to upgrade my camera and am struggling to decide if I should go with a dslr or mirrorless for astrophotography (that’s my main passion). I’m still a beginner or maybe an enthusiast, so I don’t know that I want to spring for a full frame camera. I did a little reading about astrophotography (https://www.photographytalk.com/astrophotography-tips-for-beginners) and it said that DSLR or mirrorless was fine. I’m just hoping someone has real world experience using both and whether one has advantages over the other. Obviously I want to use it for other things too (landscapes mostly) so I want a good all-around camera that isn’t going to be old and outdated next year lol.
