Anti-Stress Coloring Book Is Creative Therapy For Adults
Kids coloring books are for babies – totally unlike Creative Therapy, which is a “anti-stress coloring book” for adults. In it, adults can find intricate images to color while staying between the lines. It’s a sort of meditation, creating something that’s beautiful and colorful, yet doesn’t require stressing over. The pages come with backgrounds already colored in to soothe the color-er and to suggest colors for the final creation. A third of the book is dedicated to doodling. There are some abstract images in there – you fill the rest of the drawing with whatever colors suit you.
The coloring book is the collaborative work of artists Hannah Davies, Richard Merritt, and Jo Taylor. This book isn’t the only one of its kind. Adult coloring books have been gaining popularity in the recent years and DeMilked has written about them here and here. You can get Creative Therapy: An Anti-Stress Coloring Book on Amazon!

Got wisdom to pour?
We are used to thinking that coloring books are a pastime for children. In fact, books with small details in the pictures are created to relieve stress, help to concentrate, to collect yourself. If you are looking for a good option, here you can always find printable coloring pages. In my opinion, this is a great option for leisure.
