Coffee Table Made Of Layered Glass To Resemble The Depths Of The Ocean
Christopher Duff of Duffy London created a concept coffee table design made of high grade wood and layered glass. Looking from above, the table becomes a mysterious abyss in the ocean with beautifully swirling layers of sand surrounding it.
“I was looking into sheers of thick glass at my glass manufacturer’s factory, and noticed how the material darkened as they added more layers – the same way the sea does as it deepens,” explains Duffy to Design Boom.
The Abyss Table is limited to 25 editions and are available for purchase here.
