People And Their Soul Animals Merge In Tattoos By Pablo Puentes
Before making tattoos full-time, Canadian artist Pablo Puentes was developing 3D films for the entertainment industry. This path led him to the idea of stereoscopic tattoos that consist of two images working together to convey an idea.
Pablo calls them “double up” tattoos and in them he often merges people with animals to pinpoint our animalistic side and the instincts we both still share. “I don’t try to inject meaning into the images, though,” he told to Illusion Scene. “They [customers] usually pick their beast, and away I go.”
