Ron Mueck, was born in 1958 in Melbourne, Australia and is the son of German-born toy-makers. Now he works in United Kingdom.

When I saw “Boy” last year on ARoS in Aarhus, Denmark, I just fell in love and just waited for him to stand up and say “Hello” :)

Weird and scary, I feel a bit unpleasant looking at these sculptures on my screen, I wonder how I’d feel if I saw these in some art gallery.
