Miniature LEGO Adventures By French Photographer Samsofy
LEGO, the most creative and freeform of toys, is one of the most coveted things among children. And for French photographer Samsofy, it’s still a great source of inspiration.
He has taken an astonishing amount of pictures with LEGO men. In this, he combines the elements of photography, street art, model building and installation to great effect. Forced perspective and well-chosen materials make for some stunning scenes with the plastic yellow people. You can’t help but admire the tiny plastic Superman lifting the drain grate.
Samsofy (actually Sofiane Samlal) was born in 1981. Surrounded by geek culture, he became enthralled with photographing tiny plastic men. He gets creative using LEGO to express both fun and political ideas.
