20 Touching Photos Comparing Dogs As Pups Vs Their Older Selves

Published 1 year ago

Raising a dog comes with ups and downs. These bundles of joy bring such unconditional love into our lives that dog mums and dads would do anything for their little floofers. However, a downside to dog ownership is their significantly shorter life span.

Indeed dogs age much faster than we do, and one US photographer, Amanda Jones, was inspired to create a project that highlights the staggering differences a few years can make to our favourite pooches. Scroll below for a gallery of photos of man’s best friend that remind us, while our dogs are with us only for a brief period in our lives, for them we are their whole life.

Shanilou Perera

Shanilou has always loved reading and learning about the world we live in. While she enjoys fictional books and stories just as much, since childhood she was especially fascinated by encyclopaedias and strangely enough, self-help books. As a kid, she spent most of her time consuming as much knowledge as she could get her hands on and could always be found at the library. Now, she still enjoys finding out about all the amazing things that surround us in our day-to-day lives and is blessed to be able to write about them to share with the whole world as a profession.

Got wisdom to pour?
