20 Humorous Comics By Tom Gauld For All The Book And Science Lovers Out There

Published 3 years ago

Cartoonist and illustrator from Scotland Tom Gauld continues to entertain the readers of The Guardian, The New Yorker, and New Scientist with his humorous yet witty and clever comics. In Tom’s cartoon, characters are simple, minimalist, and constantly involved in mundane, funny, and philosophical conversations about literature, art, and science.

Tom has accumulated a fandom of almost 100K comics lovers and earned a verified badge on Instagram. Besides being known for his weekly comic strips on The Guardian and New Scientist, he is also an author of numerous picture books. Recently, Tom has released a children’s book that got an excellent review in The New York Times magazine. Ben Hatke wrote that the book “is one of the best picture books I’ve read this year. It’s a cabinet of curiosities in a clockwork castle.”
