Mark Parisi is a 60-year-old cartoonist based in New England who has dedicated more than 30 years of his life to creating comics. His comics have been published in many newspapers and magazines and he still manages to entertain people with his interesting illustrations.
The legendary cartoonist has been creating “Off the Mark” cartoons since the year 1987 and he never considered stopping. Mark’s comics are loved and appreciated by lots of people.
