Five years ago, Colorado resident Vince Rozmiarek put up a funny sign near the Indian Hills Community Center as an April Fools Day joke. To the man’s surprise, people instantly fell in love with the sign, and he has been regularly updating with all sorts of funny jokes and puns ever since.
