Comic Artist Dogmodog’s Comics Are Full Of Dark Humor And Unexpected Twists (20 Pics)
Dogmo, aka Dogmodog on Instagram, is a comic artist that creates hilarious comic strips full of dark humor and unexpected twists. The artist already has over 37k followers on Instagram, and I’m pretty sure you’ll join them after reading his comics.
In an earlier interview with Bored Panda, the artist said he makes the webcomics to cope with growing older and to have a creative outlet in a world of 40-hour workweeks. Dogmo says he’s inspired by comic strips like Perry Bible Fellowship and False Knees, as well as Elder Cactus and Extra Fabulous Comics.

Dogmo says he doesn’t really make relatable or autobiographical comics, and thinks that it’s the unexpectedness that attracts people to his works. “I also get nice comments complimenting things like my art style, or maybe using a cool perspective shot. One person regularly pops in to say they like how I draw water,” said the artist. “I never quite know what someone’s going to say.”
