Recently, Twitter user Nick, aka LouBegaVEVO, found out that the company has an interesting feature on their homepage – a live chat that allows you to interact with other customers. He posted his findings to Twitter with some screenshots of the conversations he had and his post quickly went viral, receiving over 200 k likes in just a few days.
