If You Can’t Decide What Pet You Should Get, This Artist’s Comics Will Help You
Yaoyao Ma Van As is an illustrator who has worked with many well-known brands like Disney TV Animation, Warner Brothers Animation, Rick and Morty and more. She also creates a heartwarming personal series about a girl and a dog.
In an interview with Bored Panda, the artist said her dog Parker is her biggest inspiration: “We adopted him almost four years ago and he’s been the center of our world ever since.” She says she has been drawing on and off for as long as she can remember. “I started doing these illustrations about a year and a half ago because I wanted to get back into drawing again,” said Yaoyao.
The artist says she uses Photoshop to create her illustrations and it takes between 2 to 4 hours to finish a piece. Yaoyao says she is constantly trying to push herself to do different things and sometimes trial and error take more time.
